Association Fundraising

We understand that area businesses are being bombarded with requests for donations. So, why not invest your hard earned dollars where you are not only going to support the area youth, but you will receive advertising for a whole year. Supporters at every level will be prominently displayed on our large signboard hung at the main entrance of the Ice Arena where it is viewed by thousands of visitors year round (hockey season and summer events sponsored by Baraboo Parks & Recreation). It is your generosity and support that has made it possible for BYHA to purchase a new Zamboni and move forward with much needed building upgrades. Think of this as an excellent, cost-effective opportunity to advertise for your business with a golf outing as an extra-added bonus.

#1 "Regular" Event Sponsor - $100 Donation
Includes being listed as an event sponsor on our "BYHA Supporters" signboards at the event (later to be prominently displayed during the 2007-2008 hockey season) and acknowledgement of sponsorship in the Baraboo News Republic.

#2 "Player" Event Sponsor - $300 Donation
The above plus two-paid registration fees for this tournament.

#3 "Major" Event Sponsor - $500 Donation
This level includes four-paid registration fees for this tournament. You will also be prominently listed as a major event sponsor on the above-mentioned sign-board, mentioned in all pre-event publicity such as posters, radio, TV, newspaper ads, etc., and will be acknowledged by the presenter at the post-event awards ceremony, as well.

Friend of BYHA
We will gratefully accept a gift of money of any size or a merchandise gift that could be used as a hole contest prize.

Golf this year will include: personalized bag service,
grill lunch provided by Baraboo Country Club, and GREAT hole prizes.
